About Us

Elly does. Elly Sterlacci, our President & CEO, is who you will get to know when you travel through us. She has been in the industry for 48 years. Her first 29 years were spent building several tour companies to multi-million dollar status. Her positions ranged from reservations, operations, sales, marketing, advertising and director of reservations & training.

Bernice Medina works quietly & happily behind the scenes. However with 27 years in the industry as a Business Development Manager for tour operators we use, there are very few resorts she has not seen or experienced first hand in Mexico or the Caribbean. As Vice President of Operations, Bernice does, basically, whatever Elly tells her to do. She is responsible for the safe handling of credit cards, keeping client balances up-to-date, written correspondence & website updates.

Shannon Davis- She is our Cruise Specialist and your very own Escape Artist where ever you want to sail...she will get you there...She is a Cruise ship Expert...she has the ships memorized quite a talent.. 10 years of experience with cruises.. she works with groups of all sizes, families,and couples wanting that memorable getaway...Want to get married on a ship?? Shannon is your gal.. to help you with that lifetime event aboard the ship of your choice.

Alyssa Carlo and Briana Medina- Vacation Specialists working to grow our Millennial clients (takes two to keep our millennial's in check) as well as social media presence working everything from advertisements, email blast, handling customers through the webpage or on social media sites.
