Choosing your Destination and Resort
We help you sort through destinations and which all inclusive resort would be right for you. Our goal--finding the perfect location for your dream wedding.
Choosing your Ceremony Date, Time & Location:
We will contact your resort of choice and secure your wedding ceremony date and time. The earlier you reserve this, the more options  you have:  example: location-- sunset or garden.  The resort will forward a wedding contract to us, we will forward to you ... Let's review this together.  We ask you to sign and return your contract to us, along with your deposit. This secures your ceremony date and time...  You are set to get married! 
Choosing your Wedding Package:
We will send you the wedding packages your chosen resort offers. Every resort has created wedding packages with set prices and inclusions. Resorts offer an "Extra's List'  allowing you to customize your dream wedding. You have the option to select a Symbolic Wedding or a Legal Wedding. We will review the differences with you.
Connecting you with Resort Wedding Coordinators:
We connect you with the right person at the resort to keep communication of information accurate. Wedding Coordinators will help you with numerous details and decisions regarding your wedding ceremony, keeping everything in order.
Our resort connections and experience:
We have been handling destination weddings for 15+ years . This has allowed us to create special relationships with many wedding coordinators, we share our contacts with You.  This is a important reason why we can offer you a stress-free destination wedding.
Email Invitation or Save the Date:
We will create an email outline reflecting your Destination Wedding information.  Example:
resort name, ceremony date & time, prices for 3 nights and longer, plus information about the resort. Our contact information will also be noted here.
Reserving Flights, Rooms and Airport to Resort Transportation. Your guests will also experience a stress-free reservations process.
We will assist all your guests with the dates that are best for them to travel and attend your wedding, customizing each guest's stay. Resorts require all your guests to book through the same agency so you receive all the wedding extra's..

Guest List for you:
We will keep a running list of family and friends who will be attending. This helps you keep track of everyone's arrival and departure. We will also forward this to your resort wedding coordinator.
